2012 Scholarship Application

Deadline:  February 1, 2012
*Please note there is only one  scholarship application for both college and high school. Not all fields may apply for high school.

Please submit this application form online. Send your transcript (unofficial copy acceptable) and a 300 word essay that describes your leadership experience and your goal(s) by mail or email to sonia@womenleadingky.com. Transcripts must be received to consider your application. Mailed documents should be sent to: Women Leading KY, P.O. Box 961, Lexington, KY 40588 no later than February 1, 2012. Winners will be notified mid-April.
