Marsha Weinstein | President, National Collaborative for Women's History Sites

Marsha Weinstein is Co-Founder of KY Women Advocates and CASA as well as a former Executive Director of the Kentucky Commission on Women. While in office, she coordinated a Women’s Media Project; founded the Kentucky Women’s Leadership network and sponsored the U.S. Southeastern Regional Conference on Women. She is the founder of the Elizabeth Cady Stanton Trust and Louisville Girls Leadership.

Ashli Watts | President & CEO, KY Chamber

Ashli Watts was recently named the President and CEO for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Ashli joined the organization in 2012 and during her tenure as Senior Vice President of Public Affairs she led efforts in passing significant pieces of legislation such as felony expungement in 2016, right to work legislative in 2017, workers’ compensation reform in 2018 and reinstating arbitration agreements in 2019. As part of the Chamber’s leadership team, the Kentucky Chamber was named National State Chamber of the Year in 2017.

Kimra Cole | President & COO, Columbia Gas

Kimra Harper Cole recently returned to Lexington to take the helm of Columbia Gas of Kentucky as its first female president and chief operating officer. Recently named in The Lane Report’s “Top Women In Business” listing, the Richmond native now leads a nearly all-female leadership team. Kimra has risen through the ranks at Columbia Gas and its parent company, NiSource. In the past 22 years, she has served in leadership roles in marketing, engineering and operations, including her most recent stint in Columbus, Ohio as Vice President of Distribution Operations.

Tanya Torp | Executive Director, Step By Step

Tanya Torp is an agent for social change and has spent her career engaging in community-based initiatives as convener, speaker, trainer, writer, and consultant. Her full-time job as Executive Director at Step By Step, Inc encourages and equips young single mothers, ages 12-24, through an empowerment model which includes mentoring, deep listening, case management, support groups, leadership development, and walking alongside them towards their own definitions of success.
