Features prominent leaders speaking about their challenges and lessons learned to a group of 150-200 business professionals. Attendees connect with other like-minded professionals, leaders and decision makers while building their network. Visit exhibitors, win door prizes, feel motivated and make new friends! Attendees come prepared to be motivated by speakers who are relevant and relatable!

- Share personal and professional journey with audience including challenges and lessons learned

- Must demonstrate high level of expertise and credibility in their field
- The nature of the presentation must be motivational, relevant and informative

To retain consistency and meet attendee expectations at our Roundtable Networking Luncheons, we do not consider requests from individuals/organizations who wish to use our platform to fundraise, provide coaching or speak on specific topics that may be more suitable for workshops.
While we understand that there are many great causes, this speaking engagement is specifically tailored for the speaker to share their personal/professional journey and leadership lessons.
We do not accept speaker requests from individuals currently running for office or from those wishing to use our platform for advocacy of religious or political causes. Submission does not guarantee inclusion.
BUSINESS & LEADERSHIP CONFERNCE
Since 1999 this event has annually attracted more than 300 attendees from across Kentucky. The May conference is comprised of a national keynote speaker, educational break-out sessions, luncheon, and exhibitors. Attendees will develop leadership skills, network with business minded professionals and leave feeling inspired.

LEADERSHIP LABS
Workshops allow professionals to learn and participate in discussions pertinent to our business community, featuring an interactive presentation by a qualified speaker. Workshops are typically two hours in length and are attended by professionals looking to develop their leadership skills.
